At Bleu Luxe, we understand that navigating the airport can be unpredictable. Flight delays, deplaning, baggage claim, and navigating through the terminal can all affect your arrival time. To ensure a smooth, stress-free pickup experience, we recommend allowing an additional 15–30 minutes when selecting your reservation time.
Airport Pickup & Waiting Policy
To accommodate minor delays, Bleu Luxe provides a complimentary 15-minute grace period following your scheduled pickup time.
After this grace period, an additional $35 waiting fee will apply for every 20 minutes of extended waiting time.
We encourage all clients to plan accordingly to ensure a timely, effortless, and luxurious transportation experience.
Private Hourly Chauffeur Service
Experience the ultimate in luxury, flexibility, and personalized transportation with Bleu Luxe’s Private Chauffeur Service, starting at $95 per hour with a two-hour minimum reservation.
Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated professional chauffeur at your service, providing seamless transportation to destinations of your choice. Whether attending business meetings, enjoying a day of shopping, dining at Atlanta’s finest establishments, or exploring the city, your chauffeur is committed to delivering an exceptional experience tailored to your itinerary.
Service Time & Pickup Policy
Your reserved service time begins either when you and your guests enter the vehicle or 15 minutes after your chauffeur notifies you of their arrival at your designated pickup location, whichever occurs first.
Personalized Assistance & Convenience
Throughout your reservation, your chauffeur will accommodate your requested destinations and, upon request, gladly assist with shopping bags, luggage, and other personal belongings to ensure a comfortable, effortless experience.
Service Completion & Extensions
As your reservation approaches its scheduled conclusion, your chauffeur will courteously notify you when 30 minutes and 15 minutes remain.
These reminders allow you to conveniently request additional service time, subject to availability, or make arrangements to conclude your journey within your reserved timeframe.

One-Way Service & Additional Stops Policy
Each one-way reservation includes transportation between two designated locations, from Point A (Pickup) to Point B (Drop-Off).
Please note that any additional stops or destinations requested along your route are considered separate one-way trips and will incur an additional charge.
For example:
Point A → Point B: Initial one-way reservation.
Point B → Point C: Additional one-way reservation.
Each segment is priced individually based on distance, with one-way rates starting at $50 per trip.
Please Note: Airport transfers are excluded from this service and are subject to our separate Airport Transportation rates and policies.
